Mr Tregurtha has been with Rwenzori Rare Metals Ltd (RRM) since its inception in 2016 and was appointed CEO of RRM in 2018. Since then he has been leading the Company through its exploration activities, environmental authorisations and ultimately its application for a Mining Licence.

Mr Tregurtha has developed a strong network of relationships both within Uganda and Internationally to assist with the development of the Makuutu Rare Earths Project.

Mr Tregurtha has more than 15 years’ experience in corporate finance and private equity, and has had first-hand experience in numerous transactions and assignments across a range of sectors including mining, oil and gas, agriculture and investment management industries.

Mr Tregurtha is a Director of companies, he is also a qualified chartered accountant and a CFA charterholder.
