Ms Djelassi is a Human Resources executive with over 20 years of commercial experience within Australia and internationally.  She joined Ionic Rare Earths in the position of Chief People Officer in mid 2023 to drive the development of consistent people practices across IonicRE and our subsidiaries.

Ms Djelassi’s background includes work across Asia, the Americas, UK and the Pacific. She possesses deep domain expertise in corporate culture development, organisational design and employee relations.  Ms Djelassi has, in recent years also been appointed to boards across various industries as a non-executive director and advisory board member.
