Mr Constable joined the Company in the role of Vice President – EU & UK at the end of 2022. Since then, he has been driving through Strategic stakeholder engagement and supporting the wider supply chain strategic objectives of the company.

Holding a Master’s with Honours in Materials Science and Engineering.  has an extensive proven track record of leadership and success across a wide range of sectors and industries including commodities, specialities, and the Rare Earths sector. He has operated within SME’s through to global scale industry leading organisations.

Over a career spanning 30 years, Mr Constable has held key leadership responsibilities and has experience across the complex spectrum of business with expertise across technical, operations, finance, and commercial functions and has operated for close to 20 years at senior director and company board level positions.
