Ms Blanchelande is a commercial expert in the commodities industry, with a strong track record of trading metals and minerals across multiple jurisdictions, as well as building efficient supply chain solutions to support her business. With 14 years’ experience at Trafigura, one of the world’s leading commodity trading firms, Claire has built her career on navigating complex metals markets, and was most recently in charge of starting the company’s lithium division, where she played a key role in developing the company’s strategy in a market undergoing rapid transformation and growth. She has since then founded a Commercial Advisory Company which specializes in designing and implementing tailor made commercial strategies for her customers that drive profitability, efficiency, transparency, and long-term partnerships.

Ms Blanchelande holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Finance, and Chinese from Regent’s University, and a Master’s degree in Commodities, Trade, and Finance from Cass Business School in London.
